Mandry Technology Solutions - Corporate Office

Designed for local entrepreneur Thomas Mandry, the Mandry Technologies Corporate Office reflects the success of a rising star in the computer services industry.    The client’s desire for an architectural design that signified the arrival of his young business on the Lubbock scene encouraged the CHA team to develop a design that distinguishes Mandry Technology.

The exterior of the building boasts a prominent entrance  with a significant archway and pronounced overhangs.  Issues of signage and appropriate site lighting were addressed, resulting in a 24-hour presence.  Materials have been selected that compliment the surrounding structures, as well as enhance the double-storied massing of the building.  

The interior of the building  is designed to be a marketing tool for the business.  Observation windows into the server room and the computer set-up area allow potential clients to examine first hand how the business operates, providing them with a  glimpse of top of the line technology at work.
