Cobb Green Building

Chapman Harvey Architects, Inc. had the privilege to develop plans for the Cobb / Green Building located in Downtown Lubbock. Recognized as the first high rise building built in Lubbock, the Cobb / Green building brought with it a rich history, but the building had lain vacant for many years. Its reuse was a fantastic project, as it was an opportunity to breathe new life and provide a vibrant future for a building of such important historic significance for Lubbock. Beyond the building itself, the project was a commitment to the belief in the importance and viability of the revitalization efforts of Downtown Lubbock. The building is to house corporate offices, and will provide amenities such as a gym, showroom, offices, and banquet facilities. In addition, it houses Italian Garden on the ground floor.
